We knew our deck was in bad shape, but we didn’t realize how much of the wood underneath had rotted until the work started. Seeing everything come together gave us so much peace of mind. Both levels were rebuilt, the stairs are solid again, and the whole deck feels brand new.
The crew showed up when they said they would, worked hard every day, and cleaned up before leaving. I appreciated that they explained what they found instead of covering it up or taking shortcuts. It’s not easy to find people who care about doing things the right way anymore, and it really showed in this project.
Now I get to enjoy Summer 2026 on my brand-new deck with complete peace of mind. It’s the perfect place to relax, have friends over, and spend time with my family.

They did an outstanding job installing three ceiling fans in our home in Raleigh, NC. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure each fan was installed securely and operated perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the work Jackson General Services did on my home. I hired Jackson General Services to repair the drywall in my living room, and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. The wall had several cracks and damaged areas, but they made it look like new again.
